Shared Vision Construction
Two Companies. One Vision. Residential & Commercial Construction Excellence.
Shared Vision Construction brings together the residential expertise of Shared Vision Home Creations and the commercial construction experience of Shelbourn Enterprises under one unified company. By combining the strengths, craftsmanship, and specialized capabilities of both businesses, Shared Vision Construction delivers comprehensive residential and commercial construction services throughout Denver, Centennial, and surrounding Colorado communities.
Established in 2017, Shelbourn Enterprises built its reputation providing commercial general contracting services, including tenant improvements, commercial renovations, adaptive re-use projects, turnkey commercial builds, and specialized construction solutions. With extensive experience managing complex commercial projects, the team brings expertise in structural modifications, building code compliance, project coordination, and minimizing disruptions to business operations. Their specialized in-house capabilities, including custom carpentry, fabrication, finish work, and project management, allow for greater efficiency, quality control, and seamless execution.
Shared Vision Home Creations established its reputation through custom residential construction, home renovations, additions, basement finishing, and kitchen and bathroom remodeling. From architectural planning and site preparation to foundations, framing, and interior finishes, the team has remained committed to transforming homeowners’ visions into beautiful, functional living spaces through thoughtful design, exceptional craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Today, these two areas of expertise come together as Shared Vision Construction, offering clients the convenience and confidence of working with one experienced construction company for both residential and commercial projects. Whether building a custom home, renovating an existing property, transforming a commercial space, or completing a specialized tenant buildout, our team delivers personalized service, skilled craftsmanship, and dependable project management from concept to completion.
